Shipping Policy

At National Home Appliances, we aim to process and deliver all orders safely and as quickly as possible.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

For international orders outside Türkiye, the estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, courier service, customs procedures, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, product size, weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for selected products, campaigns, or order amounts.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email or SMS, depending on the courier service.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. National Home Appliances is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours after delivery. This helps us review the issue with the courier company.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the delivery status with the courier company.
