Return and Refund Policy
At National Home Appliances, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the conditions below.
Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and returned with all accessories, manuals, warranty documents, and invoice documents.
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging, missing accessories, or returned after the allowed return period may not be accepted. For hygiene and safety reasons, kitchen appliances that have been used with food may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. We may request photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label to review the issue.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered. Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
